Morning Sickness - before your period

Can someone please advise me on what to do? I am currently living in the UK but have no health insurance so I was looking for advice before I go the doctor as it costs money.

Well My period is not due until Friday but yesterday (Monday) I was very sick. I could not stomach any food, but no other symptoms. I would bring it up about 10 or 15 min after eating anything, now today I have a brownish period that is very watery (not thick). I am not supposed to get my cycle till Friday....do you think I should be concerned with pregnancy or do you think I am just sick with a flu bug. Any advice would be great....thank you so much - concerned
