Im from the UK too, and you dont need insurance its free over here "NHS".
Get a pregnancy test done from your local family planning clinic the test are free, or you could buy one from a chemist, superdrugs, or boots for about £8.
It just could be your period has arrived early or implantion bleeding (feterlized egg attaching it self) If you had unprocted sex best to get a pregnancy test done just to putyour mind at ease.

P.S take a test around saturday or monday you will get a accurate result. any eariler its more than likely to come out negitive
