Is My Girlfriend Pregnant??

Im alittle worried. I'm 18 and my girlfriend is 16 and we have never had intercourse before but we do "wet hump" where our gentials touch eachothers but never go inside and if i ejaculate she always gets up and we stop touching...but is it possible she is pregnant...for the past 2 weeks she has had bad headaches and indigestion (which are signs of pregnancy) she just had her 28th day of her cycle today and she bleed some in the afternoon but before she went to bed she said she hasnt bled anymore since then?? is that implantation spotting?? can pregnant woman get that on their 28th day of their cycle. Im so worried i cant even sleep and find out tomorrow if she has bled overnight.....someone help me
