SONOGRAM

My last AF was 6/20 which makes my baby be around 8 weeks but the vaginal sonogram estimated 6 weeks. The baby was very small, the doctor told me I could be wrong, but I know I'm not. I'm very regular 26-31 days and I always write in my calendar. A friend of mine told me that identical twins in the same sac can be missed in the first sonogram, she saw that as a possibility. I don't know what to think now?? Why is the baby so small, the doc told me everything was ok, she could even hear the heart beat.
