Because you are so young - you are very easily to conceive. You will not know until your period is due - if it does not come, chances are you're pregnant and a test will confirm it. I have one child and one on the way - I've had a lot of moments where I thought I was pregnant, but wasn't. Thinking that you are can make you think you are having symptoms when you are not. They seem very real.
