Why is it that most people find out when they are 2 months? HELP!

I sis that your period stops at that time? Please help, im oly 15, and sorry to say but kind of ignorant. I think I might be pregnant, I have gotten so many symptoms. The nausea, irrability, increase liquids and urination, and there are certain smells that bothered before but now make me want to throw up. Also, my tummy's gotten a little bigger. Can someone help please? Im supposed to get my period the 9th, when can i have a test done?
