Your problem could be caused by PUPPS (Pruritic Urticarial Papules and Plaques of Pregnancy) which happens normally after 30 weeks in first pregnancies (not in subsequent ones for some reasons). It usually clears up completely within a few weeks of the birth.

There is a chance though that it's caused by a liver problem, so it would be worth seeing a doctor. I hope this is some help and that it doesn't get too much to bear.
