negative pregnancy test.....can i still be pregnant

my period came last month, august 16, during my time of fetilization he came in me. my period is now a week and 2 days late, my breast are sore, enlarged, and my nipples are enlarged also. i am experiancing fatique, nausia, i pee alot, 3 days before i was suppose to get my period i spotted on a wednesday, saturday and sunday. i took 2 pregnancy test and they both came out negative. can i still be pregnant and if not what else could be causing all this????
