I wouldn't worry about it if I were you. You say you're on birth control and plus you used a condom. So you've used not only one contraception methods, but two. Please stop worrying - you were protected. You probably threw up because of a bug or something. If you're still worried and you miss a period, take a test, but I honestly wouldn't worry.
With all due respect, though, maybe you should have sex when you feel mature enough to deal with the consequences should the worst happen.

: hum it doesn happen like that over night..sounds lik uhave a bug...thepill probably worked..hecne the back up reason for using both though..it takes about 7 or 8 weeks for u to feel anything ..and u need to wait 3-4 week for a usrine test...so stop worring and go enjoy life...trueth is if u dont want to beocme pregnanrt..dont have sex...yet...expecially if u dont know how u b ecome pregnant..like u just had sex theother day now u threw up..(meaning the next day after sex andur preganant....maybe you should talk to ur teachers or parents exactly how sex works....and go join a sprot..sorry butits true....there more things to life now then sex and there is more things to bescred of then pregnancy like hiv and dying from other illnesses u can catch from sex....luck
