When your about 5 months gone you will start to show, Your belly will get hard and you might be able to feel the baby move.
You would really need a test tho as its vital that you get the right care, Leaving a pregnancy could be life threating and could be avoided with the right care and checkups. heres a link that will tell you of possible risks.
