I am the same way and so far have lost 5 lbs. because of sickness. My doctor told me about the prescription drugs, but I am hesitant also and so is she. SHe told me to first, go to the pharmacy and try a seaband. She said these are bands for sea sickness and they work for most people. She told me to exhaust all alternatives before resorting to RX's.
