One thing everyone with Morning Sickness should have is plenty of sympathy - and you have mine. I also admire your wish to avoid anything harmful for your baby. To try to ease this (hopefully brief) trying stage of the pregnancy try to eat small amounts but more often so your tummy is never empty. Best wishes.
