How Can I Know W/O Taking a HPT?

hi! im 18 and i recently had unprotected sex with my longtime boyfriend.i know it wasnt smart of us, we just got caught up. Anyways, ive been feeling sick for the past couple of days, dizzie, tired, headache, cant really eat much which for me is really weird!! hehehe! and ive been having cramps which i never get unless i have my period, but i had my period 2 weeks ago and i only get it every other month, so does that mean i have to wait till then for a HPT? but also, i live in a very packed house and i dont have the privacy i need to be able to take one without getting caught. so how can i tell without taking a HPT?
