I don't know if I am pregnant?

Hi,my name is Jennifer and I'm 29 years old. I have irregular periods. My periods are never on time and my hormones are messed up. The doctor told me he did not know if I would be able to concieve. I had an intercourse with a guy and 2 days after sex my uterus and ovaries were hurting me ~~ I had discomfort for a few days and then I went to see a OB/Gyn 2 weeks after to get a check up to make sure everything was ok, he said my uterus and ovaries were fine. I didn't do a pregnancy test. I started feeling nauseated and still have cramping at night. It happens at night (the cramping) it feels like I'm going to start my period I would go to the bathroom all the time to make see if I started my period but haven't started it. I still get the cramping and nauseated I've never felt like this before. I don't know if I'm pregnant or if there is something wrong. I did a pregnancy test and it showed up negative. I go to the bathroom alot,too and feeling nauseated. I have always wanted a baby. I've never gotten pregnant before and I'm 29 and wanted to have a baby so badly. But when the dr. told me he didn't think I was able to concieve I gave up hope. But now I have high hopes that I may be pregnant but I did a pregnancy test it showed up negative and my friends said to wait 2 to 3 more weeks and do the pregnancy test only to go to the dr. and get a blood test they said those are the best. So it's been 4 weeks and still no period and still cramping. I get cramps for every night for 3 weeks feeling discomfort and I have gas alot.... so I don't know if I am preg ????? I need help.. What do you think?
