I would think one of 2 things....

1. You are just one of the lucky few who won't have to deal with the dreaded morning sickness.

2. It hasn't hit you yet. ;)

I am currently 33 weeks pregnant. Morning sickness didn't hit me until I was about 6 weeks along.
