I am seven weeks pregnant and morning sickness has just stopped after having it for two weeks

This is my third pregnancy, with my first I never had morning sickness and then my second I had morning sickness then with my third I had it really bad. I read that when you have morning sickness then it end it could be a sign of a miscarriage. I had morning sickness for two weeks and now I don't. What does it mean?
