Is there a chance?

I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend about two weeks ago. I just started taking birth control a month before that. I skipped the non active pills and started another pack of pills for the week I was supposed to be on my period. Which was the week I had sex with my boyfriend. I was told that the first month of being on birth control the is an increased chance of geting pregnant because of all the hormone changes. I was wondering is there a chance I could be pregnant?
