All i can suggest is keep your fluids up to avoid dehydration, If it worsens call a doctor out.

I had food poising from chicken a few yrs ago, i ended up in hospital for 2 days and had to have drips, cos the food poisoning got really bad. I never been so ill in my life lol.

Im not sure if it will affect your baby best to ask your doctor
