If she's pregnant then she really needs to go and have prenatal care. The chances are alot higher for something to be wrong with the baby if she doesn't have any care. Her mom will probably figure it out before to long. She can go to local health department if need be. Maybe if she won't tell her mom you should. You as much a part of it as she is. If sex have sex you need to ready for all the consquences.
