She needs to get medical attention expecailly if she 14. Alot of complication can come from being 14 and pregnant. Prenatal care is also important for both mother and baby as well. So if she refuses to get to a doctor or clinic. You may have to tell her mom for her. She may be mad at first but now you have to think of the baby not her.
