Question??????????

I have a Question, Me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex like a few days b4 my cycle was supposed to start(and yeah b4 that). Anyway, My cylce is about 2 weeks late. I took two tests at home but they were both neg, but I still haven't started my cycle. I have been regular for the last 6 months after I stopped taking my birth control, but now I'm late!!!! The other night I got really sick and started throwing up and I had a real bad pain in my stomach after some food I ate. Do you think I could be pregnant or could it be the food? Usually I can tell when it is time to come on my cylcle b/c my nipples are usually sore, but They haven't been. One day I did feel like I was going to come on but I didn't. If anyone has any comments please HELP!!!
