help! SPOTTING!!

I am now about 13 weeks pregnant, and this morrning have had some spotting. I also had some one week ago, but less than today. I have an appointment w/my dr. tomorrow morning and I have called the advice line and they said that at this stage as long as it's light, with no cramping except mild, it is likely not a swerious problem. My ultrasounds have checkeed out completely healthy so far. Has anyone else experienced this??? I am so terrified!!!
