I had it all through my second pregnancy and I'm 10 weeks into my third preg. w/ the same thing!!! I had a ton of water weight gain in my first preg. that I didn't have in my second, so I guess that is a plus. My OB and nurse practioner both told me to use Kaopectate or Immodium AD. They are safe to use when preg. I never used them though. I just roll w/ the rehea.
