: : I am writing because I was supposed to get my period on the 3rd or 4th of January. My period has been very regular for the past several years. I have not been hungry at all, and my blood pressure is very high, was 190/140 pulse 118 yesterday. I always have high blood pressure, since grade-school, cause unknown, but not this bad. I have almost passed out 3 times in the last two days from standing for more than a few minutes at a time. I am very dizzy also. There is no explanation as to why my period would be this late or why my blood pressure is so bad, I have not been ill at all and am not under alot of stress. Life is actually pretty good right now. I took a hpt yesterday and it was negative, and repeated this morning with first a first morning sample, still negative. Any Ideas????? I also have an odd pain streching across my stomach just above my belly button its not a sharp pain just achy, and have had cramping on and off, but no spotting and no period. PLease let me know if you have any ideas. Thank You.
: Well two days after first morning sample negative, I took a test right before bedtime and got a very faint positive. Still no period, but an almost constant achy cramping. If I am pregnant is the cramping a bad sign? Sorry to bug everyone, just kinda worried. I have an apt. with the doc on Monday for a blood test, but would like some opinions sooner please. TY
My doctor said that mild menstrual-like cramping is very common. And that it helps alleviate the cramps to drink LOTS of water. 1 gallon a day is recommended!
