what do you think is wrong with me?

I'm 10 days past my expected period.I have extreme pains in my lower back and terrible mentrual-like cramps. I've taken two pregnancy tests so far and they were negative. There is also an increase in my discharge.
If I'm not pg, what could be wrong with me?
