Generally, symptoms start to improve at 12 weeks after your last menstrual period and the end of the first trimester. I know it seems like it will take forever, but you'll get there. Try eating high protein snacks to help with your nausea, such as nuts or peanut butter. These snacks fill up your stomach more and you will also find yourself fuller for longer. Good luck!
