Any Ideas???? Confused!!!!

Hi, I wrote to you guys before I went to the doctor, and now that I have been to the doctor I have more questions. I am writing because my LMP was on December 8, 03. I was supposed to get AF on January 3, 04. It never came, instead I had a constant cramping and a feeling that it was going to come but never did. I took several hpt's, 2 of which were neg while one was slightly positive. I went to the doctor for a blood test which came back negative. My doctor said that if my AF didn't arrive by Feb 3, I would have to come back for another blood test. The constant achy cramps have went anway and have been replaced by slight pains every so often, if I sit wrong or am laying down wrong. I feel pressure in my lower abdomen, like my bladder is full and someone is pushing on it, but it isn't. I have not been able to get a good nights sleep is several days now because I have nightmares all night long, they don't wake me up I just feel exausted in the morning and remember every second of my dreams, which I have never been able to do before. My question is that is it possible to be pregnant and not show a positive hpt or blood test for TWO MONTHS past LMP, and still have a viable healthy baby? I feel like I am going insane not knowing, and not being able to tell anyone what I am going through. Please any thoughts, knowledge, or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!
