just keep takin the pill until u find out if your pregnate or not your best bet is to go to da doctor becuz u said u miss some pills meanin more then one pills and by missin ur pills like dat u are makin your chances greater of gettin pregnate and that could be da reason y u feelin sick i really dont think it matter how late u take it as long as it hasnt been 24hr cuz i take mines at different times
