I have morning sickness like every other morning and the days I have it, it is HORRIBLE!!! Like, it will be to where I will "throw up" in the morning I am sick all day, or like the other day I threw up and it was hot foamy white and it is also an all day sickness also. What is the easiest way to help it?? I have tried saltine crackers and dry cereal. If you have any help I need it!! This is my first baby and I can't stand the morning sickness part!
