Morning Sickness

I am going to try conceiving my third child next month and with both of my current children I had TERRIBLE morning (or shall I say all day)sickness. I tried eating before I got out of bed, eating small meals all day and lots of crackers. I also tried those wrist bands that they say work, however nothing helped. I am curious if those herbal pills I have seen online help? Does anyone have any ideas if this happens again? I was sick all nine months and 24 hours a day too. Please help!
