Could you please point me to the research that says the sound waves used in doppelers are harmless, because I've only been able to find the opposite.

I was so thrilled to hear the heartbeat of my first child, but articles like this one:

..make me quite worried about using it again. I'd like to have some facts to counter my concerns.
