: Tuesday night while I was sleeping, I developed some severe cramping like you get when you get the stomach flu. It lasted all night Tuesday and all day and night WEdnesday. I finally threw up Wednesday evening. I had the chills or would just be freezing but no fever. I couldn't eat or drink much. I have also been having headaches. Were these symptoms morning sickness or flu? I have a little cramping this morning but nothing like yesterday and the night before.
