It could be implantation bleeding, Or it could be your AF among other things.

Take a home pregnancy test ASAP if its + and your bleeding go to your drs straight away to rule out misscarrage etc.

Cramping in the beging of pregnancy is quite normal they should be like AF pains, anything more painful than that should be checked out.

Also request a blood test from your dr, the results on them are pretty accurite, Im supprised they never made you have one when they made you take the pg test.
