I also had my period for one day...please read!!!!!

On the second of March, I woke up in the morning and my period had started...no pain, no aching in the breast area...This is the second time this has happened and my periods are not normal...18 days ago I had my last period, but this period was different. It started and as soon as it started, it stopped. It is March 4th today and still no sign of my period. Can someone please give me some advice and their input in this because I'd really like know if there is a possiblity that I'm pregnant or if there is a possibility that something is wrong with me.
