I am going to dr. tomorrow. He said everythings fine 2 weeks ago though. pls help.

: Hey! I am only 18 (14 weeks pregnant)and this is my first baby and my morning sickness has been awful!!! I couldn't get out of bed to go to school hardly-nor keep anything down... this is from a previous message I posted and a lady relpied to me with this information-----try vit b 6 and ginger tea...get up easy from sitting or laying and have flat sprite next to ur bed to sip.....dont let ur tummy get empty or u get dehydrated eat small light bland meals through the day..or snack..eating heavy or drinking other drink cold and fast can annoy ur tummy....there also on the net preggy pop...u can order them some swear by it...goodluck feel better ---- also it helps to snack on the little oyster crackers (like you eat w/chili)! Also, I know you've heard this since you were prob. little with an upset stomach... try popcicles.
