This is the first time I've been in this dicussion room but my morning sickness is terrible... The only three things I can eat are getting to be exspensive and I'm pretty sure they're unhealthy. Everything else I throw up..... I even wake up in the middle of the night sometimes because I'm sick. BTW the only 3 things are takeout chicken big macs and donair meat ( but not actual dnairs).... I'm always sick and I can't afford to support my food "habit" lol.... plz if anyne knows what I can do... HELP!!!! It looks liek u guys are doing okay now... I was wondering if you had ideas of food that mighht help ( but dont say crackers or bread/ toast... doesnt work) Thanks for any help..... |

| Everyone has their own little cure for it. Some can't even find a cure b/c their morning sickness is so bad! Like me. The only think I can suggest is to ask your doctor for a perscription. Thats what I did and it worked like a charm! Good luck! |

Have you tried to make your own hamburgers? I find that a fruit cocktail, jello and yogurt help me out when I am feeling sick. I am not able to eat any ground beef right now anytime I eat it I end up yacking it up. I wish you all the best and hopefully you will find something that helps you. Are you eating smaller meals instead of big ones? Are you eating too fast because you are so hungry? All those kinds of things do have some kind of an effect on your morning sickness. Trust me there is an end to all of this, my morning sickness is still lingering about but is getting better each week. I wish you all the best of luck.

ok here an idea for ya... have you tried sucking on a peppermint in the morning or chewing gum (minty tooo)
what seems to help me is taking a unisom and a vitimin B6 before i go to bed (dr told me too , its safe)
I can't have dairy in the mornings or afternoons as it makes me ill.
I went through the fast food binge diet at the beginning too but now i am ok...lol A little heavier but ok...lol
Good Luck |

Hi, this is my first time in a discussion room too, but like you I need all the help poss, this is my Third child, I'm around 7 weeks pregnant, and suffering badly 24/7, who ever named it morning sickness is very lucky, as I now name it 24 hour sickness, don't you agree? I haven't thrown up, just feel close to it all day and night. What do you think about Preggie pops, are they safe, as I'm not 100% sure about them... |
