Cholesterol is a soft, fat-like, waxy substance found in the bloodstream and in all your body's cells. It's normal to have cholesterol.
It's an important part of a healthy body because it's used for producing cell membranes and some hormones, and serves other needed bodily functions.
But too much cholesterol in the blood is a major risk for coronary heart disease, which leads to heart attack. It's also a risk factor for stroke. Hypercholesterolemia is the term for high levels of blood cholesterol.
There are some of the more commonly asked questions submitted to me regarding high cholesterol levels:
cholesterol diet reduce

cholesterol lowering food

In general, the higher your LDL level and the more risk factors you have (other than LDL),
the greater your chances of developing heart disease or having a heart attack.
Some people are at high risk for a heart attack because they already have heart disease.
Other people are at high risk for developing heart disease because they have diabetes
(which is a strong risk factor) or a combination of risk factors for heart disease.
Follow these steps to find out your risk for developing heart disease.

cholesterol reduce

lower cholesterol naturally
lowering cholesterol

vldl cholesterol
