| So, I found out in September of 2004 that I was 1 month pregnant..WOO-HOO!! For that first month I was fine..then the 2nd month rolled around..and the morning sickness settled in...I was told to quit work and take it easy, i had already lost 5 pounds...so i quit work and just sat at home...walked the neighborhood every once and awhile...the littlest things would me me throw up, just getting out of bed some days, the movement made me sick..i swore then and there this is the only baby that i will ever have..this continued till the middle of my 4th month and finally things started to look up...even though i had lost a total of 12 lbs i was feeling great..now i'm at 22 wks and 4 days..almost 6 months! I have felt so great and now thinking when i will want to have my 2nd baby. For everyone out there who thinks it is never going to get better it will...i still sometimes get dizzy and start feeling sick, but the best thing for me to do is sit down for a little while and eat a banana popsicle...the banana popsicle works better than the medicine the doc prescribed me! so try whatever you crave while your sick, it might be your savior! |

I so know what you mean I am ONLY 8 weeks and I have been nausous 24/7 and smells are the worse. I have a gas stove and can't stand being in there when we are cooking something. If I am not eating I am sick! That is not going to be pretty when I gain wait here! I thought I found the solution in cherry cough drops and ginger tea until that was came up.
Still trying new things to help. Thanks for the encouragement that it just may slow down!

| Try preggie pops. They ease some of the nausea for me. Also if I eat like every two hours something small it helps!!! Hope y'all feel better! |
